The Challenge

The corporate identity was outdated and no longer aligned with the company’s positioning. The packaging lacked a cohesive visual system, resulting in an inconsistent and fragmented product presentation. The brand required a comprehensive refresh — including a logo redesign, a new corporate design framework, and a structured packaging system.

WHAT I DID

I conducted a thorough brand and architecture audit, which revealed the need for a fundamental structural reset. I redefined the brand architecture across key markets and developed a cohesive visual system, including a new logo, market-specific sub-brands, and a comprehensive 40+ page brand guidelines manual to ensure global consistency.
